BUSN 412-Business Policy Full Course for DeVry Students Business Policy integrates the functional disciplines in the core undergraduate curriculum. The course introduces students to the nature of strategic management and the shaping of business policy. The theme of this course is the development and implementation of strategy. Some of the topics central to this course include organizational vision and mission, industry and competitive analysis, sustainable competitive advantage, strategy formulation and implementation, and strategic leadership.
